A Big Shout Out to Sales Consultant Kelly Smith and Sales Manager John Volpe for the excellent customer service I received on the purchase of my 2024 Tuscon Blue Hybrid . After working the numbers with Kelly and John and them giving me practically everything I asked within reason, they never once pressured me to buy the vehicle. Even when I told them I still wanted to go look at one more car at a different dealership before I could make my final decision. Instead they told me they understood and that the deal would be honored till the end of the day. An hour and a half later I returned to Kelly Hyundai, thanked them for their friendly no pressure car buying experience and sealed the deal. So if your shopping for a new vehicle stop in, say hi and ask for Kelly you won't be disappointed!
