It features aerodynamic styling and subtle "Plug-in Hybrid" badging, with 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels available depending on the trim, along with a new Ecotronic Gray exterior paint option.

The 2026 Tucson Plug-in Hybrid delivers a perfect blend of power and efficiency, with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine and a 72-kW electric motor combining for a robust 268 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque. All trims come standard with HTRAC all-wheel drive (AWD) and a 6-speed automatic transmission, offering an EPA-estimated 32 miles of all-electric range and 35 MPG in hybrid mode. The included Level 1/Level 2 combo charging cable adds flexibility for at-home charging, with a full charge taking about two hours on a Level 2 charger.
