The 2026 Elantra N houses a powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 276 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque in standard driving, with an available N Grin Shift function in DCT models that temporarily boosts output to 286 horsepower. This power is managed through a standard 6-speed manual transmission or an optional N 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (DCT), with performance enhancements like an electronically controlled suspension (ECS) and N Corner Carving Differential (eLSD) maximizing speed and traction when cornering.
